Customs & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes. These are set by your local customs office and are not controlled by us.

 

If your order is delayed

• Ask neighbors if the courier left the package with them

• Photos of the item

• Any relevant details

We will provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

If your item was mislabeled, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
